This page explains what happens when you use this site — the contact form, and the basic analytics we use to understand traffic — what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us stop.
Who's responsible for this data
MR AUTOMATION is the data controller. Reach us any time at [email protected] — including for any of the requests below.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, company name (if you give one), and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is collected through the form — no tracking pixels, no third-party ad cookies.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry, reply to it, and follow up about an automation audit or project — nothing beyond that.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your data — see "Your rights" below.
Who else sees it
We use self-hosted n8n, Google Sheets and Gmail to record and respond to your enquiry. The workflow may use OpenAI to prepare a mini-analysis and a proposed next step, with public information from your company's website. Your messages and relevant conversation history may be processed by the AI provider. Automated replies are identified as such; they do not establish prices or contractual commitments. We may send up to two follow-up messages after an unanswered response. Reply STOP to stop automated emails or ask for Marius to take over. When booking is enabled, available slots come from a dedicated Google Calendar and an invitation is created only after you confirm. Lead and booking notifications may be sent to Marius through Telegram. These services receive the information needed for those functions; we do not sell your enquiry or use it to target advertising.
Site analytics
With your separate permission, we use one analytics provider at a time: self-hosted OpenPanel, or Google Analytics 4 when configured. The consent panel identifies the active provider. OpenPanel receives technical usage data on our infrastructure, without form contents, profile identification or session replay. If we switch providers, we ask for consent again. When Google Analytics is active, we use it to measure page visits, form starts and enquiries accepted by our intake webhook. Google receives technical usage information and first-party analytics identifiers; it does not receive your name, email or message from the form. Analytics does not load before you choose Allow analytics. Advertising storage, Google signals and ad personalization remain disabled. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences; this stops future collection and removes this site's analytics cookies. Your choice is stored on this device for up to 180 days, and our analytics cookies are configured with a maximum lifetime of 180 days. Google may process analytics data outside your country under its applicable data protection terms. See https://policies.google.com/privacy for Google's policy. The form works whether you accept or decline analytics.
How long we keep it
Until we've resolved your enquiry and a reasonable follow-up window has passed, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to how it's processed, at any time — email us and we'll act on it. If you're unhappy with our response, you can also complain to your national data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
