This page explains what happens when you use this site — the contact form, and the basic analytics we use to understand traffic — what we collect, why, who else sees it, and how to make us stop.
Who's responsible for this data
MR AUTOMATION is the data controller. Reach us any time at [email protected] — including for any of the requests below.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, company name (if you give one), and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is collected through the form — no tracking pixels, no third-party ad cookies.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry, reply to it, and follow up about an automation audit or project — nothing beyond that.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your data — see "Your rights" below.
Who else sees it
Your submission is sent to our own automation workflow (self-hosted n8n) which: logs it in a private Google Sheet, runs it through an AI model to summarize and triage the enquiry, and sends you an automatic confirmation email. Google (Sheets) and the AI provider process this data on our behalf as processors, under their own standard data-protection terms — we don't sell or share it with anyone for marketing or advertising.
Site analytics
We use OpenPanel to see, in aggregate, how visitors use this site — pages viewed, general location, device type — so we can improve it. This runs on our legitimate interest in understanding basic usage, separately from the form's consent above, and is never used to build advertising profiles or sold to anyone.
How long we keep it
Until we've resolved your enquiry and a reasonable follow-up window has passed, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your data, or object to how it's processed, at any time — email us and we'll act on it. If you're unhappy with our response, you can also complain to your national data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
